  • Create Containers: Choose a rhythm that feels sustainable (at least once a week is recommended). Create a start and end ritual — (ex. light a candle, take three breaths, and set intentions).

  • Presence Over Performance: These activities are not about “fixing” but witnessing one another.

  • Safety First: If something feels charged or tender, pause and agree to return when you both feel grounded.

  • Remember the Self: Each exercise invites both the individual and the “we” to be honored.
